Returns Policy

At Cleaning Essentials, we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us process your claim quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Photographs of the outer packaging.
  • Photographs showing any damage to the product.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Once we have reviewed the information and confirmed that the damage or fault occurred before or during delivery, we will arrange either:

  • A full refund, including the original delivery charge where applicable, or
  • A replacement product, where appropriate.

Returns for Unwanted Items

If you wish to return an item because you no longer require it, or you ordered it in error, you may do so in accordance with your statutory rights, provided the item is:

  • Unused.
  • In its original packaging.
  • In a resalable condition.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
